Recent studies have rediscovered the therapeutic potential of green spaces. In addition to numerous studies that show significant effects of green at the psycho-emotional level, today new disciplines and applications go deep into the knowledge of the physical effects produced by plants on our well-being.
 In these two meetings are described the qualities and therapeutic potential of green spaces and how we can derive the maximum benefits for our psychophysical health.
These two interventions are flanked by other speakers very qualified and specialized in disciplines and synergistic knowledge.

Marco Nieri, bio-researcher and expert in habitat health, has been designing interior and exterior spaces for over 30 years with a multidisciplinary vision rich in experience acquired in Italy and abroad on the environmental, biological and perceptive aspects of living. For over 15 years he collaborated with Dr. Walter Kunnen, founder of the Archibo Biological Institute in Antwerp, studying with him the biological effects of the Biosphere on health. He created the "BIOENERGETIC LANDSCAPES", an innovative method to create bioenergetic parks and gardens, creating therapeutic green spaces in Italy and abroad. He is a certified trainer of Forest Bathing and co-founder of the Italian Institute of Forest Therapy Hub (FTHub) for the training of certified guides. With his team he studies ad hoc paths for Forest Bathing and Forest Therapy. He is an expert in the creation of "green offices" and healthy and productive work environments. He frequently holds public lectures and courses on these topics while his articles appear in national and international newspapers and magazines.
