The Bioenergetic Park

Within the centuries-old park dating back to the late 1800s, which surrounds the entire property with woodland, olive groves, Italian gardens, and majestic ancient trees, nature becomes a space of peace and regeneration. Paths immersed in the landscape lead to 35 resting areas identified by Marco Nieri through a Bioenergetic Landscapes study: places where the energy of the trees is associated with particularly intense beneficial effects on specific organs and systems of the body.

Near these trees, dedicated benches invite guests to pause: to meditate, practice yoga, or simply surrender to contemplation of the landscape, listening to their breath and rediscovering a deep harmony between body, mind, and nature.
